Welcome to Mr. Bixler's class!

My name is Andrew Bixler and I am a first year teacher, teaching Kindergarten this year. I am a RFISD alumni, and graduated from Rockport-Fulton High School in 2019. After high school, I graduated from Texas A&M Univerisity- Corpus Christi in 2023, with a major in Biomedical Sciences/Pre-med. After college, I started working at Fulton Elementary for 2 years as a SPED/Life Skills paraprofessional. While working as a paraprofessional, I obtained my teaching certification, and now I am working as a Kindergarten teacher at Live Oak Learning Center. I am excited to start my teaching journey and can't wait to meet my students. 

Some of my favorite things to do are to hang out at the beach with friends, and family. My favorite color is orange. I have two dogs named Bailey, and Evey. 

I cant wait to start this school year, and am excited to see what this year brings.
